Our Founder
A long-time Southern Oregon resident, Karen Carnival works with nonprofits and small businesses throughout the region, supporting the organizations that contribute so much to the vitality and strength of our local communities. Karen's professional and volunteer background includes more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit and small business start-ups and management, including all aspects of organizational development, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, fundraising, grant writing and proposal writing, facilitation, human resources, and operations.
In 2022, Karen brought together a team of talented professionals to innovate and collaborate under the umbrella of Capacities, Inc. Karen and her team will meet you where you are, listen closely to you, assess your needs, and help you envision and achieve the real-time, effective solutions that can help you better meet your mission.
